The Talent & Campaign Manager will be at the forefront of Patriksson Talent in Paris as we establish a base for our operations in the French capital. In the role, you will be responsible for a number of international social media influencers, their business growth, as well as the execution of the collaborations that we secure between our Talents and selected brands.
The role combines being an agent and a project manager for the Talents, balancing great strategic advice and proactive sales pitching with structured project management of campaigns and collaborations. Our Talent & Campaign Manager naturally builds and nurtures long-term relationships with existing and potential brand partners, primarily within Fashion, Beauty, Health, Travel, and Lifestyle, and easily transforms such relations into commercially successful collaborations. To handle varying workloads and tasks and manage planning for oneself is crucial for the role, as is collaborating with colleagues and partners both in Paris, Stockholm, and other international connections outside the closest team.
This is a permanent position based in Paris on Avenue de l’Opéra, starting in early Spring.
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Develop the Talent representation offer and portfolio in Paris together with Head of Patriksson Talent.
- Talent representation services for a select number of Talents including securing growth and strategic development for each.
- Budget responsibility to secure sales goals per Talent as well as overall business goals for Patriksson Talent.
- Sales planning and preparation including target mapping, client analysis, and decision-maker identification.
- Proactive reach out to clients, development of proposals and quotes as well as negotiations of contracts.
- Full coordination of Talents’ campaign collaborations including but not limited to time planning, calendar scheduling, briefings, quality control, final reporting to clients, and other support services.
- Internal reporting of budgets and forecasts to management and finance team.
- Serve as an exceptional ambassador for Patriksson Talent and network with stakeholders in the industry.
**Qualifications and personal skills**
- +3 years of relevant work experience and proven track record of successful sales (specific Talent/Profile representation experience is a bonus).
- Excellent project management and administrative skills
- Strong relation-building and networking skills
- A true team player with a strong ability to also work independently
- Ambitious, proactive, and service-oriented approach
- Fluent in French and English
