**Au sein d'un food hall à valeurs fortes, votre mission principale sera de contribuer à l'animation du lieu de vie en mettant toutes les actions managériales et opérationnelles nécessaires**

**ANIMATION**

Anime le lieu de vie

**MANAGEMENT**

Planifie le travail des équipes dans le respect des règles légales. Fixe des objectifs à son équipe et met en œuvre les actions pour les atteindre.

Développe les compétences de ses collaborateurs et accompagne leur évolution. Est responsable des procédures d’encaissement et des clôtures caisses.

S’assure de la clôture et de la mise en sécurité du site.

**GESTION OPERATIONNELLE**

Coordonne le travail entre la production et la vente pour assurer le bon déroulement des services, dans le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité.

S’assure de l’optimisation de l’expérience client. Anime son restaurant en lien avec la politique commerciale fixée et développe les ventes.

Contribue à la fidélisation de la clientèle. Respecte et fait respecter les procédures et normes en vigueur.

Soutient les opérations du site en cas de nécessité ou de hausse d’activité.

**GESTION FINANCIERE**

Assure le suivi des ratio de gestion de son restaurant : food cost, masse salariale

Assure la bonne gestion de son restaurant (approvisionnement, suivi facturation, inventaires ).

Type d'emploi : Temps plein, CDI

Salaire : 3 073,19€ par mois
