Key Account manager - France - Your future position?

As a Key Account Manager, you aim to deliver sales and profit growth through direct customer relationship building and managing the internal resources and fragrance development projects in line with the company strategy. If you are passionate about delivering on the customer sales target and delivering new wins in all key categories then this role will allow you to make an impact

**In this exciting role, you will**:
Grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines
Cultivate and manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts
Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information
Develop and track Account Plans for key accounts
Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations
Identify/create opportunities for Givaudan to participate in targeted briefs
Identify customer requirements and follow up on customer submission
Coordinate and manage internal resources in support of customer needs and priorities, ensuring the most efficient management of Givaudan resources
Transition customer projects and new wins from scale-up to production
Follow KPIs versus targets (Sales, Gross Profi t, win rate ) and take corrective actions if necessary
Negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines
Manage credit, pricing, rebates and budget etc. for key accounts
Manage and resolve customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines

**Your professional profile includes**:
Graduate or higher degree
Strong experience in the industry and at least 7 years commercial experience
Strong drive and determination to achieve
Agility and entrepreneurship
Fluency in written and spoken English
Project Management skills
Strong Inter-personal skills and experience in managing activities remotely
Business and commercial insight
Strategic and marketing thinking
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
