**Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage document preparation, including reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Handle reception duties, greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and accessible.
- Assist with payroll processing and budget tracking.
- Provide support in training new staff members as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, meetings, and events.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Implement office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Experience with budgeting processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with payroll systems is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- We need a Fluent French and English speaker

Pay: 33,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year
