Rattaché(e) a la Direction du Category Management (Head of Category Management), vous aurez pour objectifs de mettre en place une démarche catégorielle adaptée et de développer le CA et la rentabilité de la catégorie de vos produits auprès de vos enseignes (GMS) par l’identification et l’activation des leviers appropriés.
**MISSIONS PRINCIPALES**:
- Adapter et implémenter dans les enseignes concernées les stratégies catégorielles définies par l’entreprise, auprès de vos clients : assortiment, innovations, merchandising, etc.
- Définir, en collaboration avec les comptes clés, la stratégie de croissance sur la catégorie, à court terme et moyen terme, dans le cadre des revues d’enseignes ainsi que les plans d’actions adaptés.
- Analyser périodiquement les indicateurs de performances des enseignes confiées, les positions d’Affinity et recommander des plans d’actions adaptés par leviers.
- Réaliser et présenter les revues de marchés et les revues d’innovations aux clients (centrales régionales et nationales).
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de la politique promotionnelle et merchandising.
- Mettre à jour des tableaux de suivi des performances pour l’ensemble des équipes.
- Participer à des projets internes liés à la stratégie d’entreprise.
**PROFIL RECHERCHE**:
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’analyse, votre force de proposition et votre réactivité.
**Compétences techniques**:
- Analyse des panels distributeurs (Nielsen) : une forte capacité d’analyse est requise
- Utilisation avancée de Word, PowerPoint et Excel (TCD),
- Sorties caisses des magasins, données internes enseignes
**Savoir être**:
- Aisance relationnelle
- Capacité à convaincre
- Bonne capacité de communication et de travail en équipe
