Le Groupe a initié en 2020 un ambitieux plan de croissance et de transformation stratégique visant à devenir un leader de l’enseignement supérieur en Europe. Dans ce contexte, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Contract Manager Juriste pour renforcer notre service Achats. **Descriptif du poste**: En tant que Contract Manager Juriste au sein de la DAF, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'assistance au service Achats. **Missions principales**: - Assurer l'interface avec les différents services au sein de l'entreprise. - Contrôler la cohérence entre le contrat et le projet, garantir l'équilibre économique du contrat tout au long de sa durée. - Participer à la rédaction et à la négociation du contrat final avec ses annexes. - Garantir la donnée et le processus d'évaluation des fournisseurs. - Mettre en œuvre le processus "Know Your Suppliers" en participant au Comité Achat. - Mettre en place et suivre les SLA, KPI et pénalités associées. - Préparer les éléments documentaires pour soutenir une réclamation, un précontentieux, voire un contentieux. - Tenir à jour la contrathèque, en assurer le suivi et son évolution. **Profil**: - Expérience professionnelle : De 3 à 5 ans dans le domaine du droit des contrats ou gestion des contrats. - Compétences juridiques : Excellente compréhension des enjeux juridiques liés aux contrats. - Compétences interpersonnelles : Aisance dans la communication et capacité à travailler en collaboration. - Maîtrise des processus d'achat et des systèmes liés aux contrats. **Pourquoi nous rejoindre ?** - Un parcours d’intégration et un suivi de carrière individualisé. - Des possibilités d’évolution et de formations dans un groupe en fort développement. - La prise en charge à 100% des frais de transport. - La prise en charge des frais à hauteur de 2,5€ par jour de télétravail. - Un management et un accompagnement de proximité. - Des projets innovants, collaboratifs et participatifs avec un fort esprit d’équipe. - Le partage et la fierté de nos réussites Tous nos postes sont ouverts aux personnes en situation de handicap.
