Strategic Account Manager

Le Responsable Commercial Comptes Clés a la charge du développement et de la croissance du portefeuille clients grâce à une compréhension approfondie de leurs besoins et attentes stratégiques. Préparer et négocier les offres, coordonner le développement de nouveaux produits avec les sites de fabrication et assurer la satisfaction du client sont les missions clés.
Activités principales:
- Gérer les besoins des clients pour répondre aux objectifs du business plan et la stratégie de l’entreprise
- Développer et / ou maintenir et améliorer les relations commerciales avec tous les clients du portefeuille
- Fournir un plan d’actions commerciales annuel avec mises à jour, révisions et modifications trimestrielles
- Rechercher et cibler de nouvelles opportunités de croissance, lancer des initiatives de sécurisation du volant d’affaires existant.
- Assurer le maintien et le développement de l’activité et l’atteinte des objectifs de performance commerciale aussi bien en chiffre d’affaires qu’en rentabilité
- Garantir un excellent niveau de service et améliorer continuellement la satisfaction du client
- Suivre et coordonner les projets de développement de nouveaux produits en collaboration avec les services supports des usines européennes, mettre à jour le CRM (Salesforce) en conséquence.
Profil:
- Bac+3 ou plus (école de commerce ou ingénieur)
- Expérience significative au sein de la fonction commerciale ou gestion de projets dans le secteur du packaging idéalement de l’industrie de la cosmétique.
- Connaissance du package Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel / Power Point / Teams / Sales Force
- Solides compétences en gestion de projets
- Bonne présentation adaptée aux marques du luxe
- Langues : français & anglais courant à l'écrit et à l'oral (espagnol, italien ou allemand serait un plus)
Compétences:
- Expert de la relation client, aisance relationnelle et sens du service
- Rôle fédérateur auprès des équipes transverses, contribuant au succès des autres départements grâce au travail d'équipe
- Gestion des priorités avec le goût pour les défis quotidiens et une culture du résultat court-terme et long -terme.
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de reporting pour répondre aux enjeux de la stratégie commerciale et industrielle
