Nous recherchons pour notre client Grenoblois, leader dans son secteur un Business support Lead.

Vous intégrerez un équipe technique qui conçoit et développe des tests pour leur produit digitaux.

Nous recherchons une personne ayant une appétence technique sans etre un spécialiste.

Vous serez supporté par l'équipe technique au besoin.

Vos responsabilités:

- Organiser et superviser des tests sur le terrain et des tests bêta pour améliorer la fiabilité et la performance des nouvelles fonctionnalités et solutions.
- Animer des rituels agiles pour présenter de nouvelles fonctionnalités et recueillir des retours d'expérience.
- Former les équipes de vente et de support client sur les nouvelles solutions et assurer la disponibilité de la documentation technique nécessaire pour le déploiement.
- Élaborer et fournir la documentation essentielle pour le lancement et le déploiement des nouvelles solutions dans les pays ciblés.
- Fournir un support pour la création de supports visuels tels que des vidéos, des publications sur Yammer, etc., pour accompagner les lancements.
- Effectuer des études techniques comparatives sur des solutions similaires, en considérant l'ensemble du cycle de vie des projets, de la conception au démantèlement.
- Organiser et piloter des visites dans les laboratoires pour présenter les dernières innovations développées.

Compétences requises:

- Anglais fluent.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en animation.
- Capacité à former et à fournir un support aux équipes internes et externes.
- Maîtrise de la documentation technique et de la création de supports visuels.
- Compétences avancées en études techniques comparatives et en présentation des innovations.
- Connaissance des méthodologies agiles et capacité à coordonner des tests sur le terrain.
