**Job Description**:
**Main objectives**:
- Generate qualified traffic on platforms
- Increase acquisition channels profitability
- Implementation and execution of Direct-to-Brand campaigns (i.e. campaigns delivered for Ecommerce, Call Centers, Stations)
- scope of Work : All brands in selected markets
**Major areas of accountability**:
- Create digital marketing strategies and implement digital marketing plans or roadmaps to support lead acquisition and brand awareness objectives across the business.
- Demand generator assisted by the promos, product differentiation, messaging and buyer persona developed by the stakeholders.
- Define, oversee and ensure best practice is adopted also how digital marketing channels will contribute to achieve eCommerce & Direct Sales goals, taking care about the engagement and improving the digital customer experience
- Manage the successful implementation and execution of D2B campaigns including agreed KPIs to measure impact and effectiveness.
- Formulate and deliver the Digital Marketing strategy for customer acquisition also working with key stakeholders to develop Digital Marketing plans that support business and revenue growth priorities,
- Oversees the development, implementation and delivery of a fully integrated Digital Marketing strategy to achieve business targets, as well as supporting brand governance programmes and tactics.
- Responsible for the quality of service and delivery of all integrated always-on digital media across Digital Marketing channels including SEO, PPC, Display, Affiliation and Aggregators.
- Leading the team across digital marketing channels ensure all touchpoints are aligned.
- Assess new digital marketing technologies, tools and techniques, and regularly review for best fit for the business.
- Ability to drive new leads via online channels and demonstration or evidence of ROI.
- Ability to grow customer base via digital marketing channels.
- Review and improve visitors using organic and paid search marketing as a key digital marketing channel
- Effective management of Digital Marketing team members, guiding day to day activities and ensuring that Digital Marketing objectives are implemented by the team.
- Generate leads for products and services.
**Internal and External relationships**:
- Internal : Marketing, IT, Purchase, Legal, Local markets
- External : Agencies, Google, Microsoft, Meta
**Qualifications**:
**Previous experience**:
- At least 5 years’ experience in Digital Acquisition activities
- Proven experience in Digital Marketing (agency, consulting or within an International brand)
- Business and performances oriented
- Experience in management of a team (onsite and offsite)
**Education level / certificates**: Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
**Languages**:
- English & French: completely Fluent (working language)
- Spanish : really useful
**Computer skills and software used**
- Experienced with all universal software especially PPT and Excel (or equivalent)
- Analytics tool such as Google Analytics
- At least one digital marketing tool (SA360, CM, DV360, Meta BM )
**Personal characteristics**
- Confident, with keen and proactive attitude
- Good reporting skills
- Strong management skills
- Organized, autonomous, good management of priorities
- A strong sense of initiative, creativity, innovation and risk taking
