**Descriptif du poste**

Pour contribuer au rayonnement de Zozio, nous cherchons un(e) talentueux(se) Customer Project pour un stage d'une durée de 6 mois.

Tes principales missions seront:

- Surveiller la qualité du service rendu à nos clients,
- Assurer le suivi de la résolution des problèmes techniques identifiés et la communication clients appropriée,
- Contribuer au déploiement des évolutions de services commandées par les clients,
- Contribuer au pilotage de la relation en organisant des points d’étapes réguliers,
- Accompagner et supporter le client dans la prise en main et l’usage de la plateforme ZOZIO.

En parallèle, tu pourras participer au développement de la solution Zozio en identifiant les nouveaux cas d’usages et fonctionnalités clés.

**TON PROFIL**
- Etudiant(e) ingénieur(e) en fin de cursus (5e année), tes connaissances techniques te permettent d’appréhender la complexité de la solution ZOZIO,
- Bon(ne) communiquant(e), rigoureux(se), tu coordonnes les différents acteurs d’un projet et fais respecter les engagements pris auprès du Client,
- Autonome, Agile et Exigeant(e), tu souhaites intégrer une équipe technique pluridisciplinaire de haut niveau qui te permettra d’évoluer et d’apprendre rapidement,
- Responsable et Impliqué(e), tu ne fais pas les choses à moitié et tu t’assures du bon fonctionnement des éléments (Tests, documentation, support technique),
- Collaboratif et curieux(se), tu aimes travailler en équipe,
- Tu as le gout des nouvelles technologies et du monde industriel,
- Tu parles parfaitement français et tu te débrouilles en anglais.

Tu sais être autonome dans ton travail, être force de proposition et tu sais trouver des solutions face aux problèmes que tu rencontres. L’univers de la startup évolue très vite, c’est un milieu exigeant mais qui offre de très belles opportunités

Tu as le goût du défi, une capacité et une volonté de monter en compétence et d’évoluer avec l’entreprise.
