L'équipe Service Client de Leica Biosystems recherche son/sa nouveau/nouvelle Field Service Engineer pour travailler sur la région Pays de la Loire. Idéalement localisé à Nantes, Angers, Tours ou Poitiers vous interviendrez sur les départements suivants : 44, 49, 37, 41, 36, 86, 79, 85.

Au sein d'une équipe de 26 personnes en France, vous serez responsable de l'installation, la désinstallation, la maintenance préventive et curative du matériel et des produits Leica Biosystems.

**Principales Responsabilités**:
Vous interviendrez principalement sur nos produits et particulièrement les gammes de Core Histologie et Immunologie.
- Assurer la maintenance des instruments de diagnostic vendus ou mis à disposition chez nos clients.
- Analyser/Diagnostiquer un besoin client
- Intervenir chez nos clients lorsqu'il font face à un problème qui ne peut pas être réglé par téléphone
- Apporter les compléments de formation sur les nouveaux produits
- Vérifier la compréhension et la bonne utilisation des instruments et produits par le client.

**Ce que vous pouvez apporter**:

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire, de préference dans le domaine du diagnostic
- Connaissances en automates, mécanique et robotique
- Une bonne maitrîse des outils informatiques (connexions, réseau) serait appréciée

**_ A noter:_** de nombreux déplacements sont à prévoir, notamment les premiers mois pour assister aux différentes formations.
