- Nous recherchons actuellement un Client Advisor en CDI pour rejoindre l’équipe de notre Flagship de St Honoré.
- Vous serez en charge de contribuer à l’activité en magasin par un excellent clienteling afin d’atteindre les objectifs KPI.-
- **Vos missions principales seront les suivantes**:

- **Client**- Maîtriser le Voyage client.
- Créer l'émotion et le désir du client.
- Engager les prospects et les clients existants sur la base du plan hebdomadaire défini par la Direction du magasin.
- Fournir le Service Valentino Couture de façon irréprochable, pendant toutes les phases (préparation à la vente, accueil, exploration du client, présentation du produit, conclusion et au revoir).-
- Réaliser des performances de vente et respecter les KPI demandés par le Responsable d’équipe.-
- Se concentrer sur le développement et la rétention des clients existants, le recrutement de nouveaux clients et de clients potentiels conformément aux exigences de l'entreprise en matière de CRM.-
- Engager le client à chaque occasion de vente - visite en magasin, rendez-vous privé ou téléphonique.
- Participer activement aux ventes en partenariat et en rendez-vous individuel.** Opérations et Visuel**-
- Traiter toutes les activités de vente et d'après-vente (retours boutique, fin de saison, retours clients, réparations, plaintes).
- Assurer le bon entretien ainsi que le réapprovisionnement des produits dans l'espace de vente.
- Connaitre le stock de toutes les catégories afin d'assurer le réapprovisionnement de la surface de vente et de maximiser les ventes.
- Respecter les procédures opérationnelles et administratives.** Compétences**:

- Vous avez une expérience de Client Advisor au sein d’une Maison de luxe d’environ 3 ans.
- Vous êtes passionné de mode et vous intéressez à la Haute Couture (suivi des tendances, des créateurs, connaissance globale du secteur).
- Vous avez l’esprit d’équipe, êtes proactif avez d’excellentes compétences relationnelles.
- Vous aimez les challenges et avez la culture du résultat.
- Vous parlez couramment français et anglais, la maitrise d’une troisième langue sera appréciée.
