**Key responsibilities**

**Sales and Negotiation**
- Actively prospect and secure listings for yachts, leveraging a deep understanding of the luxury yacht market to position each vessel for maximum appeal.
- Develop and implement bespoke sales strategies tailored to each yacht, utilising high-quality photography, videos, virtual tours, and targeted advertising campaigns to attract serious buyers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client engagement to the final handshake, ensuring a seamless and professional process for all parties involved.
- Conduct yacht viewings with potential buyers, showcasing the vessel’s features, benefits, and value while addressing any concerns or objections.
- Negotiate purchase agreements with skill and professionalism, ensuring all terms, including price, timelines, and contingencies, are clearly defined and agreeable to both buyer and seller.
- Collaborate with technical teams, surveyors, and legal professionals to address any issues that arise during inspections, surveys, or sea trials, ensuring transactions remain on track.
- Proactively manage client expectations throughout the process, keeping them informed of milestones and next steps to maintain confidence and satisfaction.

**Client Relationship Management**
- Develop trust-based relationships with buyers and sellers, ensuring a high level of personalised service.
- Serve as a consistent point of contact, offering guidance, answering questions, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Identify and address the long-term needs of clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business or referrals.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times to build and retain client trust.

**Market Analysis and Insights**
- Stay informed on market conditions, including demand trends, pricing fluctuations, and competitor activity, to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Conduct in-depth market research, using both public and proprietary data, to assist clients in pricing yachts competitively or making informed purchase decisions.
- Learn to effectively use and leverage internal intelligence tools and databases to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and shifts in buyer behaviour.
- Regularly review performance metrics and market analytics to refine sales strategies and target high-potential markets or client segments.
- Develop a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, such as yachts that are undervalued or potential buyers with emerging interest, by analysing internal data and market patterns.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, innovations, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and enhance the value of client interactions.
- Share timely and relevant updates with clients, presenting complex insights in a clear and actionable manner to help them make confident decisions.

**Transaction Coordination**
- Oversee the administrative and legal processes required to finalise sales, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Organise and coordinate surveys, inspections, and sea trials, working closely with technical and professional service providers.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between buyers, sellers, and their representatives to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish.
- Manage the final handover process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and the transition of ownership is completed to the satisfaction of all parties.

**Job Type**: Commission

Pay: 0.01€ per month
