**International HR Manager France**:

**At Diesel France offices located in Paris, we are looking for Senior HR Manager.**

Reporting to the Head of HR of Diesel Europe Region, and managing a team located in different locations, you will play a critical role in acting the HR & Organization partnership with several Business and Service functions. You will work closely with Line Management ensuring high quality advice and solid support throughout all HR & Organization processes and activities. As an HR Manager, you will play a comprehensive role and a wide range of interactions across all levels on a daily basis, focusing on Retail and Wholesale areas, both on head office and field perspective. You will get exposure to many different aspects of the business and have the opportunity to work on several local, european and global HR projects.

**The role’s main responsibilities**:
**Recruitment & Selection**

**Employee Relations**
Ensure the management of the HR population assigned following the entire employee’s lifecycle, combining respect for culture, strategies and policies of the Group with the specificities of the organization, in compliance with the national labor legislation. Provide advice and support on employment issues and HR policies in a timely, objective and consistent manner, in accordance with legislation and best practice.

**Retail Management**
Ensure that Retail organization is fully supported on every HR & Organization need, boosting its performance. Monitor and influence the main Retail KPIs achievement with detailed action plans, sharing best practices with HQ HR Retail function and EU HR Leadership Team. Recruitment, training & development and store productivity will represent the main areas of focus.

**Training & Development**
Detect the needs of training/development of the population assigned, leveraging Performance Management outcomes and Line Management inputs. Design training and development initiatives in accordance with Group guidelines and referring, where applicable, to the Group Competence Centre.

**Performance & Talent Management, Career Development**
Provide assistance and coaching to both Line Management and Employees on Performance & Talent Management processes, ensuring overall consistency of the operations and compliance with defined guidelines and objectives. Recommend potential career developments, mobility opportunities and succession plans, ensuring their implementation.

**Compensation & Benefits**
Coordinate C&B programs, guaranteeing benchmark and harmonization within the local markets. Ensure the roll out of salary review process, monitoring compensation guidelines respect. Assure that sales bonus plans and commissions schemes are properly set-up and implemented.

**Personnel Budget Management**
Manage the personnel budget in accordance with the Group guidelines (calendars, tools and formats) and instructions provided from the Head of HR Europe. Arrange the main budget assumptions for assigned population, providing technical support to Business Partners in identifying personnel needs and quantifying personnel costs. Monitor trends of labour costs and identify corrective actions in case of differences.

**HR Administration**
Ensure that all the HR Administration activities and requirements are properly managed, assuring the relationship with local payroll providers, services agencies and government authorities.

**Main interfaces**:
You will report to the Head of HR Diesel Europe Region and work closely with:

- 1st Line Management;
- Employees, both from head office and field;
- Diesel Europe HR Leadership Team;
- HQ/OTB HR team
- Headhunters, consultants, authorities.

**Requirements**:

- Significant HR experience preferably in multinational companies with a multi-country experience;
- Around 8 years of related work experience on HR Management, Recruitment & Selection, Organizational Analysis, Training & Development;
- Deep knowledge of French labor law. Additional knowledge in other countries is considered a plus
- Ability to drive change management and effectively manage multiple tasks;
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels;
- Ability to motivate others, influence work behaviors, negotiate;
- Problem solving capability and proven hands-on attitude;
- Fluency in French and English, Italian will be an asset;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems;
- International mobility.
