**What we offer**

As an HR Manager for the French market you will lead the day to day HR activities for Affinity Petcare’s Commercial office & Manufacturing site.

Being part of a matrix organisation you will closely collaborate with HR Business Partners in the implementation of the HR strategy in the French market and you will be responsible for the activation of HR programmes & activities for the different employee collectives in France.

As an employee relations expert, you will play a key role in the organisation by partnering with the work councils for each site.

Within our international HR team you will collaborate on transversal projects with your peers in Spain, Italy & UK providing you with the space to bring new initiatives while developing your professional skills.

**What you will do**
- Be the point of contact for labour institution representatives and be a part of the Codir members to ensure smooth communication on HR related topics
- Ensure perfect compliance with local legislation and regulations
- Create, organize and implement employee’s development initiatives aligned with Human Resources Strategy
- Encourage Affinity’s culture implementing engagement programmes and championing best in class employee experience
- Support the implementation at local level of the Employer Branding strategy defined at global level
- Support managers with the evaluation, development plans, and goal setting needs for their teams.
- Implement Operations & Commercial People Strategy for France and play an active role driving people agenda within Plant Management Team
- Guarantee the **Payroll** Process is well accomplished from the collection of variables to the accounting analysis, and the process of interessement & participation for both sites
- As an expert on **Labour relation** you will ensure a smooth relationship with employees and representatives, scale-up and manage the teams to deliver all people processes, from onboarding to exit, support and provide guidance to employees on day to day HR topics.
- Manage **work council’s** relationships and implement regulations of collective agreement : Preparation of the CSE CSSCT with the HR Manager, lead the social dialogue and participate in the social animation of both sites, advise the managers, guarantee the social climate, participate in negotiations and agreements, etc.
- Follow up HR KPIs and detect improvement opportunities and definition of action plans. Ensure the consistency of the dashboards and the monitoring of HR indicators
- Ensure perfect **compliance **with local legislation and regulations, manage relations with the various local authorities, ensure legal monitoring (changes in the company's environment and legislation)
- **Recruitment**:In collaboration with the HR Business Partner, source the organization with high calibre staff, ensuring timing and profile searches are accomplished
- **Advise and support the management teams **the management of their activities
- **Training **plan**: validation of needs, ensuring qualitative follow-up of actions, analysing satisfaction evaluations, proposing areas for improvement and participating in the development of the action plan
- **Talent cycle**: through the annual review campaign, define the internal promotions, GPEC, skills development plan and lead career management, collaborate with HR Business Partner in the Talent review process and ensure accomplishment of actions plans
- Encourage Affinity’s culture supporting engagement programmes and work with the HR Manager and Talent management team to shape an employee experience that attracts and retains the best talents
- Identify potential blockers in our processes, ensure continuous improvement, and suggest automation where needed
- Provide information to the managers with the salary planning process according to the C&B Strategy defined and guidelines provided from the Headquarter
- Continuously seek for new innovative ideas, opportunities and areas of improvement with the aim of increasing company growth.

**What we are looking for**
- +5 years experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
- Business related degree
- Team player
- Ability to work in a matrix environment
- Analytical and results oriented
- Previous experience in leading and collaborating in high scale projects
- Willing to leave your footprint in a fast growing international company.
- Fluent in French and English, Spanish would be a plus.
