**Service**: Marketing / Communication / Digital / E-commerce **Intitulé du poste**: Customer service assistant H/F **Contrat**: Stage **Durée du contrat**: 6 mois **Temps de travail**: Temps complet **Missions**: Vous intégrerez le département expérience client pour accompagner et aider nos clients et le retail sur 3 grandes missions: - Le service client - Le support du réseau retail - Le support Omnicanal - En tant qu’assistant de service client, vous aurez pour rôle d’accompagner le service client sur diverses missions: => Assister le centre de service client dans la résolution de cas complexes => Création de carte cadeaux et avoirs => Gestions et suivi des remboursements => Envoi de gifting et pièces détachées aux clients - En tant qu’assistant de service client, vous aurez pour rôle d’être support du réseau retail FR et Eu: => Gestion des litiges et appui auprès des boutiques, => Organisation de transferts de pièces => Rappel et mise à jour des documents de formation et procédure des boutiques et du service client => Organisation de visites boutique en vue de comprendre certaines problématiques et apporter un support - En tant que support sur l’omnicanal, vous aurez pour rôle d’assurer le bon fonctionnement des flux Omnicanaux => Assistance pour la gestion des retours de commande e-commerce, => Gestion des problèmes d’exploitation (commande annulées, remboursement bloqués etc.) **Profil**: Vous avez une bonne aisance orale et excellente maitrise de l’orthographe et expression écrite. Motivé et attiré par l’univers de la mode Anglais courant requis (écrit et oral) **Localisation du poste**: **Localisation du poste**: Europe, France, Paris **Niveau d'études min. requis**: Bac **Niveau d'expérience min. requis**: 1 an ou plus **Langues**: Anglais (Courant)
