Sales Coordinator

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Hospitality Sales team based in Paris. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving** all new sales opportunities**, along with **processing software returns**, and adjustments, all the while supporting the local **Paris sales teams** with **administrative tasks post sales**. You'll need to thrive on complex problems and be a quick learner and team player to help keep this machine running.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide insight and support to members of the Sales teams for opportunity processing.
- Review, consolidate and reconcile orders, contracts and payments.
- Process hardware shipments.
- Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.
- Review reports to monitor and boost team efficiency and streamline daily operations.

**And a little bit of....**:

- Ensure that sales meet financial and legal requirements.
- Contribute to wider company initiatives, and projects outside of daily tasks.
- Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management.

**What you need to bring**:

- Experience in an administrative function
- Experience in a **SaaS**and/or** technology-related field**:

- Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack
- Remarkable communication skills
- Perfect written and spoken French and English
- Team player who works collaboratively to achieve common goals
