It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.Within the GIE, you will join Group Finance which ensures the delivery of financial performance of the business as per the targets; manages capital, liquidity, M&A, investments and investors' relationship; is in charge of budget, forecasting and reporting (in compliance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks); manages the Group's tax position and litigations.More specifically, you will be part of the Group Finance Transformation department. The Transformation Office's overall objective and vision is to improve how Finance operates, with three overarching targets: Better serve the business, Boost and motivate teams by simplifying processes and improving tools and Increase our effectiveness, also in terms of costs.YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:Controlling activities across the group encompasses 900 employees for 150m€ of budget.
