**The opportunity**:
Reporting to the RGM - Director of Productivity, the Offer Animation Strategy Manager is the owner of the trade marketing strategy and its implementation. He/she is responsible for the brand animation plan and for overseeing global European brand beauty advisor strategy.

**1/ Responsible for the global Trade Animation strategy and follow up**
- Participate on major brands meetings regarding animations activations (trade, services, and BA’s)
- In line with the offer strategy, he/she defines the animation plan (trade, services) and organize trade committee with internal teams / local markets
- Give space trade allocation and manage share of voice per axis and brand according to offer’s strategy and negotiation terms
- Owner of the respect of each step of the Trade process until brand validation & reinvoicing process
- Schedule & lead quarterly alignment meetings with all European Markets; responsible of the call minutes & follow up: share the global vision and take feedback of local markets
- Challenge the category managers on the annual trade breakdown for selective multi-axis brands (brand share of voice, brand presence in KCP)

**2/ Pilot and coordinate multi-axis Parti Pris**
- Main point of contact between Offer & Marketing teams to implement parti-pris strategy
- In charge of Parti Pris business analysis

**3/ Brand Beauty Advisor overall European strategy**

This position gives a very good understanding of the challenges linked to both Offer, Marketing & Supply chain teams, to create trust with the internal teams / markets / brands and gives a solid appreciation of the processes relating to Brand Animation Plan building.
- Implement a beauty advisors strategy on local market (working closely with negociation team and local markets)
- Manage the beauty advisors share of voice vision per axis, brands by month according to our business strategy
- Challenge brands on beauty advisors investments to fit with our business priority

**4/ Management**

Supervise an Animations project analyst to help on the execution and coordination of the animation plan on all local markets and following results.

Supervise countries to implement European vision on trade and beauty advisors animation.
- An excellent organization and the ability to manage different projects with short deadlines
- A strong rigor, team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Good responsiveness and a service-minded
- Ideally, a first significant experience in retail
- An excellent knowledge in project management
- Fluent in English
- Passion for the beauty industry
- 7 years of experience in retail
- Graduated from a business school / major university
