We are looking for our biggest business in Europe, being France a Managing Director Watts France reporting directly to our Platform Leader MD Fluid Solutions North. France scope: - Watts Industries France (2 sites Hautvillers & Sorgues, 150 pers x 2) - Socla (1 site Virey Le Grand, 200 pers) - Country France represents 60 % of the European turnover. Challenges: - In a context of strategy revision and organization change, upgrade the commercial performance and the operations efficiency. - Develop teams’ animation to strengthen their capabilities to deliver and reach the targets - Define and implement a 3/5-year roadmap - Commercial minded with Market sector Knowledge - essential requirement. - Sales orientated with wholesale and vertical market appreciation - Demonstrated growth of the top line with profit following. - Develop a high performer and continuous improvement culture - Bring processes, up to date methods while also respecting the organization history, consistently drive possible synergies to implement a culture of growth and development. - Implement the corporate standards, finance compliance, legal - Work in cooperation with Fluid Solutions North Leadership Team and Watts Group on substantive topics. **Profile**: We are looking for a General Manager profile in charge of a complete scope: - strategic and operational for a P&L of +100M€ turnover integrating operations/Marketing/R&D/Sales/Services within a BtB Technical solutions culture such as CVC, HVAC, Elec - A manager close to the product, comfortable with Market management and Sales able to challenge the manufacturing and supply chain organization towards continuous improvement and with capabilities to implement a customer driving strategy to get the teams to reach a high level in customer focus. - Rather a manager profile with a sales background able to drive Watts France towards more agility on the markets with a sharp approach of the opportunities.
