This position is responsible for the **French sales territory** and includes additional responsibilities as **Office Manager** for our office location in France.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for territory Revenue and territory Margin; manage the business with respect of both sales and expense budgets; Manage, develop and increase new and existing business
- Responsible to adjust the organization to revenue growth/ decline and secure an optimum organization for the task on hand
- Provide outstanding customer service to existing customers by developing, growing and securing relationships with major accounts, strengthening business partnerships
- Manage and develop the existing sales team in the region: assign achievable goals, ensure team’s motivation and focus towards business achievement, remain available to team members but empower them while controlling results
- Responsible for motivating, developing and training the team and individuals in terms of succession planning, career progression and building a cohesive and performing team

- and long-term strategies to drive business growth in the main industry and customer segments that will be defined as Key Markets for Proto Labs
- Improve selling strategies: Identify sales strategies for key accounts and sectors, as well as our volume related part of the business.
- Ensure the company’s general policies are implemented in the assigned territory
- Work in close partnership with the Marketing department to monitor market developments in sales district through planning and implementation of sales campaigns as well as work in cooperation with shared services in Europe (Customer Service, Legal, Finance and HR)
- Discuss and prepare business plans and budgets; prepare and submit monthly reports, having an eye for detail, whilst delivering transparent KPI’s
**Additional Responsibilities as Office Manager**:
- Be the official legal representative of the Company PL Euro Services Limited in France
- Make sure all legal, fiscal setup and registrations been done according to the rules and laws and escalate in case of issue. Use the help of our respective local advisors for support
- Be the reference for the company with power of attorney for hiring and laying off personals, for bank transactions & validation of payments, for legal information, NDA signature
- Monitor the office setup and anticipate in case of growth
- Supervise and validate payments and money transfers for the office via the local bank account; VAT Declaration, balance sheet, invoices, local requirements enforcement
- Supervise and monitor local finance situation in order for the company to be safe in term of process and reporting and be ready for eventual government audit (Fiscal, URSSAF)
- Be the final decision maker on vendors or subcon’s for contract for office maintenance, cleaning or any other vendors
- Prepare and run the Work Council meetings (Réunion CSE) with the Staff Representative (Délégué du personnel). Address questions, requests and implementation of changes when needed
**Your qualifications & experience**:
- Ideally holding an Engineering or other technical Degree, ideally completed with a Business Administration Degree or equivalent
- Experience in a similar position, preferably within the plastics or production industries, with a demonstrated track record of managing sales growth
- Extensive experience in selling technical products and solutions primarily to Manufacturing Industries, as well as experience in strategic selling
- Experience managing sales strategies to gain market share and explore new market opportunities
- Essential experience of managing a sales team, driving employee engagement
- Leading by example in building customer relationships within territory
- A team player you will feel comfortable working in a mid-sized organization as part of an international group
- Ability to build strong personal customer network, especially at C-Level, in the relevant industr
