You join the Product Development team as an Expert Cash Management. You will be led, in collaboration with the other experts of the entity and the Product Managers, to become the product reference within the Transaction Banking teams.
On a daily basis, your duties include:
- Provide technical support to sales managers and account managers across the entire Cash Management product range;
- Support sales managers and account managers in supporting the bank’s strategic clients;
- Participate in the business development plan in product and commercial dimensions;
- Participate in securing products and processes of the business (monitoring operational risks, implementation of procedures, participation in transversal projects...) ;
- Intervene at level 2 support in the management of customer solicitations on products and incident management.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: With a superior training, you have very solid experience in Cash Management for Corporates.
You master:
- Cash management products (EDI channels, SCT, SDD, Webanking, international payments, ISO20022 standards, VOP and IP Bulk, VAM, Cash Pooling, etc...).
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:
- An excellent communicator, able to present information in a clear way;
- Endowed with good stress management;
- Able to handle multiple topics simultaneously.
You master English with a B2 level.
