Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:

- Develop and implement sensory strategies aligned with the Scent BU’s mission and goals.
- Strengthen and drive sensory innovation to support fragrance design and V2M (Vision to Market).
- Act as the sensory authority, providing leadership and direction to internal teams.
- Sensory Program Development:

- Prepare and implement sensory plans to ensure cost-effective operations and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze sensory needs and processes to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.
- Data Management and AI Integration:

- Ensure effective sensory data management to leverage knowledge and feed AI for driving creation.
- Enable data and knowledge management to support key projects and improve execution.
- Organizational Expertise and Best Practices:

- Oversee people development, including hiring, skills development, advancement, and recognition.
- Drive continuous improvement in building functional expertise.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with G2M (Go-to-Market) teams to ensure alignment and improve project execution.
- Communicate sensory strategies and updates to key stakeholders.
- Budget Management:

- Forecast future budget needs and design effective budget models for sensory initiatives.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain the sensory budget.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sensory science, fragrance design, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Expertise in data management and AI integration.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and influence abilities.
- Experience in budget management and financial planning.
