**Global Senior Manager, Employee Experience & Engagement** (M/F/X)

As Global Senior Manager of Employee Experience & Engagement, you will be responsible for contributing to creating an engaging, open, and inclusive work environment for our talents by bringing our HR strategy and Employee promises to life.
Reporting to the Global Director, Engagement & Employer Brand, and working in close partnership with the Regional Talent & HR teams, you will be the operational lead for all employee listening programs. You will lead the analysis of survey insights, support building a culture of data in HR, and influence initiatives that convert listening insights into action. You will identify opportunities to build or to amplify meaningful moments across the employee journey, to reinforce their connection to Sephora values and to positively shape our culture.

**Employee Listening**
- Annual employee engagement survey - lead and manage campaign preparation, communication, training, insights analysis, reporting and action planning. Key partners include external vendors, global HRIS & IT teams, regional engagement leads and local ambassadors.
- On-going employee listening - manage on boarding, exit and ad hoc pulse surveys and reporting; monitor and update on survey insights. Support and guide regions in establishing a continued monitoring and accountability for on -going listening metrics.
- Animate a community of regional engagement leads and market ambassadors.
- Monitor trends in employee engagement and listening practices both within Sephora and externally, making recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Support the management and optimization of Sephora employee listening tools and platform to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
- Serve as key contact and Sephora operational lead for LVMH surveys.
**Employee Engagement**
- Contribute to building, implementing, and managing a global recognition program, aligned with our values and EVP.
- Leverage insights from employee listening and partner with global and regional HR & Talent teams to support translating them into positive change.
- Identify key moments of the employee journey and propose initiatives that reinforce the connection to our values.
- Promote an inclusive workplace - contribute to developing and executing initiatives that elevate the employee experience in partnership with global HR, Communications, Marketing and Social impact teams, and with Regional DE&I partners (well -being, global DE&I awareness days, future of work initiatives)
- At least 7 years years of progressive experience in HR, Talent, or high-touch consultancy roles
- 3+ years of project management
- Hands on experience in planning, managing, and executing complex end to end projects across multiple units and stakeholders.
- Regional or global experience.
- Systems thinker with attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, ability to lead without authority, to influence and to drive collaboration.
- Strong communication, ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Understanding of latest trends in employee experience, engagement, and future of work with the creativity and agility to pilot new ideas.
- English proficiency a must
