**The company**
Our client, founded in 1989, is a leading international institutional-quality IT, financial cloud and cyber-security services provider servicing the financial services and alternative investment sector.
**The role**
As they continue to expand in France, they are seeking an IT support engineer to join their AMS team for one of their key global accounts. Key aspects of this role are:
Provide on-site office hours support (T1-T3) located in Paris 8th Arr. Ensuring support is delivered to, or better than, the SLAs agreed with the client
Perform project work to improve the overall IT landscape of the client
**Key skills and experiences**
These are must-have technical skills
4-7 years of IT support experience in an enterprise or server based environment
Experience within an ITIL environment
MS Azure cloud (hybrid cloud currently used)
MS Azure AD
Office 365
Mobile device management
With the role being completely client facing, a calm and professional manner must be maintained at all times. Your soft skills will include:
Fluent in French (business level)
Competent in English (to undertake internal training and communicate with the wider team)
Impeccable verbal/written communication
Experience in other common technologies would be an advantage in order for you to expand your role within the client and further develop your career.
**The rewards**:
A competitive basic salary of between €55,000 - €75,000 (negotiable depending upon experience)
