**L’environnement**

Dans le cadre du service technique sur site, vous vous occupez des interventions auprès des utilisateurs/clients.

Au sein de l’équipe Support, vous serez en relation avec les plateformes de support IT ou directement avec les clients internes. Vous accueillerez ainsi des demandes des utilisateurs suite à des dysfonctionnements et vous effectuerez le support courant auprès des utilisateurs.

**Vos missions seront notamment les suivantes**:

- Support de proximité: Support de l’infrastructure ordinateur, salle de VC, imprimante, réseau et téléphonique, support Logiciel/matériel et gestion des incidents/demandes (outils de gestion des tickets).
- Assurer le lien avec les fournisseurs externes.
- Inventaire du parc informatique et suivi du stock.
- Préparation et installation de matériel.
- Aide au déploiement de projets locaux.

**Compétences requises**
- Connaissance des outils de bureautique dans un environnement Windows et MS Office.
- Première expérience professionnelle validée au sein d’un environnement exigeant.
- Excellent niveau de français et bon niveau d’anglais car environnement de travail anglophone.
- Réactif, pragmatique et organisé.
- Excellent sens du service clientèle, goût pour le travail en équipe.

Poste à pourvoir dès que possible, basé à Paris 8ème.
