**Your Mission**:
**Campus Promotion**: Spread the word about Le Wagon Paris, showcase training courses, successes, and material to attract new students.

**Student Experience**: Ensure an impeccable educational and campus life experience for students and facilitate professional integration of alumni and support their projects.

**Local Partnerships & Development**:Assist in signing new partnerships and operationalizing them as well as collaborating on local partnerships, acquisition strategies, and development plans with the Marketing Manager.

**Campus Management**: Business mindset to handle accounting, administrative tasks, and day-to-day campus management.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with Sales, Admissions, and Financing teams to measure impact, identify needs, and respond to calls for tenders.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Assist in signing new partnerships and maintain good communication.
- Help study project opportunities, benchmarks, and put in place evaluation indicators.
- Assist in administrative and financial management of the campus.
- Support the implementation of marketing, community, and partner-related projects.
- Help monitor the campus budget and assist in financial predictions.
- Develop Le Wagon’s Paris campus network through campaigns, Linkedin posts, and contact management.
- Document Le Wagon’s campus activities on Notion
- Assist management during meetings, prepare reports, and monitor actions taken.
- Be innovative in finding new ways to liven up the campus and interact with external audiences and students

**Your situation**:
4th, 5th year of study or already have a minimum of 6 months internship experience.

Proficient in written and spoken French & English.

️ Good communicator, both orally and in writing. You enjoy public speaking

Take initiative, problem-solve, and have a logical mindset.

A true team player, cooperative, and enjoy helping people achieve their goals.

Curious about entrepreneurship and eager to learn various skills.

️Willingness to learn new tools like Slack, Notion, GitHub, Discord, etc.

For this role, no coding experience is necessary.
