**Job Description**:
Within Visa’s Cybersource team We’re looking for a highly motivated Fraud and Payments Consultant to work directly with our growing client portfolio in Europe. In this role you will partner will market leaders across a number of industries and empower them to improve ecommerce revenue. You will harness the collective expertise of our team analysing online fraud trends, providing meaningful insights, and implementing swift solutions.
**What You’ll do, Day to Day**
- Guide and enable our global clients to reach their payments goals and minimise fraud losses
- Analyse transactional data and produce regular recommendations on how our clients can improve their use of Cybersource products and services
- Build long lasting business relationships with our clients
- Live and breathe the industry, keeping up to date with new technologies and industry trends
- Be an advocate for our products and help craft the future roadmap
- Collaborate with internal collaborators and partner to deliver a world class client experience
- Occasional travel to visit clients and colleagues, so flexibility is required in working patterns
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in both French and English
- A passion for ecommerce payment fraud
- Deep knowledge of different payment types and how payer authentication works within the European market
- A confidence in analysing large data sets; collating, analysing and presenting insights
- Strong collaboration skills with a proven record of delivering as part of a cohesive team
- Strong consultative capability and awareness of industry best practice and emerging trends
- Strong communication skills and comfortable at influencing decisions at multiple levels and handling difficult conversations
- Excellent time leadership skills, allowing you to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
- A growth mindset and a strong desire to learn new skills
**Desirable**
- Have experience of manipulating data using tools such as SQL, Python, etc.
- Ability to build clear reporting using through Tableau, Microsoft BI, etc.
- Have previously implemented new online payment methods

This is a full-time hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
