Emea Payment

**Position**:
The EMEA Payment & Fraud manager is responsible for actively managing and monitoring payments for both retail and E Commerce activities

The position will have to develop, execute and monitor a clear strategy, in alignment with Central Payment & Fraud teams, for delivering 3 key objectives in the EMEA zone: 1) Maximizing End-to-End acceptance rate (including authentication, authorization and fraud acceptance rate) for eCommerce activity, 2) achieving best in class payment experiences, and 3) minimizing fraud/chargebacks.

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyze trends in key performance indicators, explain variances and recommend remedial actions to central and local business teams in a timely manner.
- Constant research of new payment solutions to improve customer.
- Build action plan to mitigate fraud risk while balancing client experience and operational impacts in collaboration with other departments.
- Successfully manage all local providers in charge of payment processing, chargebacks and fraud management in collaboration with central payment & fraud team.
- Maintaining a strong partnership with Finance, Treasury, Client Service Center, E-Commerce and Retail Performance in order to ensure seamless omni-channel approach and execution.
- Assistance with the implementation of new processes and software solution related to payment fraud prevention/detection and payments.
- Support of local entities in contractualization with new payment & fraud providers in collaboration with legal, data protection, treasury and e commerce teams.
- Improvement of processes of accounting reconciliation with payment & fraud providers reporting
- Extremely proactive communication by raising flags when needed and keep all relevant stakeholders well informed of ongoing actions and initiatives.
- Work closely with treasury and IT team on PCI DSS compliance.
- Create education and training materials for store staff on common fraud trends and techniques. Distribute periodic fraud awareness messages and bulletins.
- Observe and assists in the processing of all chargebacks and fraud transactions.
- Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

**Profile**:

- **Education and experience**:

- Master’s Degree in related field
- Fraud related certification is a plus
- 8-10 Years work experience required
- 3-5 years of payment/fraud experience is a must, ideally in the Retail industry
- **Languages**

Fluent in English
