**Position**:
Reporting to the Client Relations Manager EMEA, The Client Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Client Relations team in EMEA. This position focuses on enhancing data capture for top clients, assisting in the creation of client portfolios, and supporting various client-focused initiatives.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Data Management and Tool Development: Assist in developing and implementing a tool to improve data capture of key information for our top clients VVICs, VICs and high potentials.
- Client Support: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of client portfolios to support the continued development of our most important client relationships: migration of the data in SF and Brilliance and creation of store top clients in Brilliance.
- Work with CR team on their local activations client’s strategy
- Gifting and Tracking: Support regional clusters with client gifting needs, including the establishment of a tracking system to monitor gifting activities within the EMEA region.
- Client Experiences: Assist in the creation and execution of personalized client experiences as required.
- Event Support: Provide on-site and administrative support during client events, including:

- RSVP tracking and management
- Assisting with appointment scheduling
- Preparing welcome packs and itinerariesFollowing up on client treatment chargebacks with regional clusters**Qualifications**
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Sales Force, CRM and clienteling profile
- Detail-oriented, organized, excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- Passion and creativity for client relationship building
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and multi-task
