As Engineering project manager, your role will be to support the growth of Alice&Bob's
Engineering department and its rise in maturity, to meet the challenges of quality and agility
necessary in the global race towards a quantum computer. As the true right-hand man of the
Chief of Engineering, you will help coordinate the operations of the Engineering department
and will be in charge of initiating and managing the department's growth projects.
Reporting to the Chief of Engineering, you will interact closely with the different teams in the
department, as well as with the rest of the company
**Responsabilities**:
- Management of the department's growth projects (e.g. implementation of new tools, site creation/extension, etc.)
- Animation of quality and performance improvement initiatives within the department (dashboards, documentation, problem resolution, etc)
- Preparation of departmental plans and objectives, in close collaboration with team leaders (budget, roadmaps, OKR)
**Requirements**:
- Engineering degree
- 5 years of successful experience in an operational project management position in engineering (R&D, industries, etc.)
- Rigor and method
- Adaptability
- Experience in continuous improvement processes (5S, Lean, SMED...)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in French and English,( both mandatory)
