**Overview of the role**:
Over the past 5 years at Capgemini, we have been evolving our brand to support our ambition to be leading player in our market.

**We are currently looking for an experienced brand campaign manager that will drive our Group-led brand campaigns and experience. They will also support our colleagues across the Group to develop best-in-class brand-led campaigns.**

Passionate about branding, advertising, and creativity, you will be responsible for building and implementing strong brand campaigns supporting our business priorities.

You will work cross-functionally within the team and the wider marketing and communications community to create and execute inspiring campaigns that are designed to increase brand awareness and engagement.

**Role & Responsibilities**:
As a Brand Campaign and Content Manager, you will:

- Build clear, distinctive, and category-defining brand campaigns that bring to life our brand promise and drive top of mind awareness and interest in Capgemini
- Manage campaigns and programs from end-to-end including briefing, budgeting, content planning, creative assets, internal marketing, development of media plans, production, distribution, tracking. To do this you will collaborate with agencies and internal partners.
- Ensure that all campaign content and concepts are align to our brand strategy, drive positive perceptions of the Capgemini brand, and continue to raise the bar on creativity
- You will work in direct partnership with our creative agencies (advertising and brand content, as well as media) and will be responsible for a healthy and inspiring day to day relationship.
- You will also work closely with colleagues across M&C to ensure cohesion and scalability of our messaging/campaigns, but also support them to improve the impact of their own campaigns as well as ensure their connection to the brand strategy and identity.
- You will work as a team with our brand strategy lead, as well as our campaign production lead and visual identity team to deliver the best impact.

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- 7 years of professional marketing/comms/branding experience, ideally in an agency role
- Strong experience building, executing and scaling brand advertising campaigns
- Strategic thinking: ability to shape strategy and convert into tactical execution
- Creative expertise: Experience collaborating on campaign concept development to ensure messaging and visuals to align to overall strategy
- Experience with 360 campaign activations, especially digital activation
- Budget planning and project management experience is a must
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvement
- Comfortable to work in changing environment, keen learner
- Strong collaborative skills, proactively engaging and seeking feedback from stakeholders
- Native English speaker
