Reporting into the Corporate Marketing & Image Director, the Content Manager will be responsible for developing impactful content to build the Corporate Brand’s visibility and desirability.
You will
DEVELOP IMPACTFUL CONTENT
- Create global content with a digital-first approach, in attractive formats. This includes defining content goals and identifying the target audience, and touchpoint to activate aligned with overall marketing objectives
- Deliver impactful storytelling that translates into high performance indicators
- Manage audio-visual production: shooting, editing, audio recording, music, sounds selection and lighting
- Ensure quality, consistency with the brand identity
SECURE IMPACTFUL CONTENT CURATION
- Gather and curate content from the internal ecosystem (Divisions, Métiers)
- Adapt it to build the corporate narrative, respond to target audience needs and target platforms format
ADOPT CREATIVE BEST PRACTICES
- Drive innovative and impactful content by continuously monitoring external trends, identifying opportunities to test new formats, angles, and emerging platforms to ensure relevance and effectiveness
- Adopt an agile way of working to test and learn
DESIGN CREATIVE GUIDELINES
- Build content best practices and guidelines
- Inform format and style decisions by analyzing impact measurement post-campaign.
- Analyze content performance: Using web and social media analytics to track content performance, identify areas for improvement, and report on results is a significant part of the role.
MANAGE PROJECTS INDEPENDENTLY, demonstrating initiative and ownership
- Lead project: the Content Manager is owner and responsible for his/ her project timeline.
- Collaborate with other teams: The Content Manager often works closely with various métiers & markets and other stakeholders to ensure content is aligned with the overall brand strategy.
- Manage budget: the Content Manager is responsible for managing his/her budgets and negotiating with external vendors.
You have
- A degree in Communications or related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in content creation in an agency or corporate or brand environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful campaigns, with a focus on 360° activations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including experience interacting with senior executives and external partners.
- Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- A strong understanding of customer-centric principles and practices.
- A passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- A strong aesthetic sense, storytelling ability, creativity, and ideation skills are highly valued.
- Proficient French/English (written & spoken)
