**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Enquiries & Communication**
- Handle and respond to general inquiries regarding Worldchefs’ Education Programs.
**Application & Certification Management**
- Issue digital badges to successful applicants.
**Promotional Activities**
- Collaborate with the Communications Manager and Worldchefs team to create marketing and promotional materials.
- Assist in organizing and promoting webinars for the RQCE school program and the Global Certification Framework.
**Administrative & Reporting Support**
- Work closely with office administration on invoicing and payment follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and updates of information in the Worldchefs database and website.
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks, including drawing up contracts, creating SOPs, and coordinating training sessions and meetings.
- Facilitate coordination between schools, assessors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a BSc/BA in Office Administration or related qualifications.Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as education coordination or administrative roles. Experience with education programs or certification processes is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (IELTS 8.0 / CAE C1 / TOEFL iBT 110+); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, products, and processes independently while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software (Kantree, Mailchimp, etc.). Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts and action plans.
- Experience in file management, handling internal processes, and maintaining administrative procedures. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is essential.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders and working in an international setting. Familiarity with Agile project management is a plus.
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
- Must have a valid working visa in France
**Salary range**: 24K to 35K Euro gross salary per year
