L’équipe Group Strategy & Corporate Finance est responsable des opérations de fusions-acquisitions pour le Groupe (“buyside M&A”). Sur le volet stratégique, le périmètre de l’équipe couvre principalement l’analyse fondamentale de la performance de l’action SCOR ainsi que le suivi des cibles du plan stratégique du Groupe, _Forward 2026 _.

L’équipe participe également à des projets internes en relation avec la finance d’entreprise.

Pleinement intégré au sein de l’équipe, vos principales missions seront:

- Assister l’équipe dans l’exécution des différents projets en cours
- Préparer les documents de support pour appuyer le management et le conseil d’administration de SCOR dans la prise de décisions stratégiques
- Assurer les mises à jour stratégiques des benchmarks et l'analyse fondamentale des performances du titre SCOR (analyse technique)
- Participer aux analyses techniques d’évaluation des projets d’acquisition et de cession
- Assurer la veille concurrentielle de l’activité M&A dans le secteur
- Vous êtes issu d’une grande école d’ingénieurs cible, d’une grande école de commerce cible (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, EML), d’une formation en finance d’entreprise ou de marché d’une grande université (Sciences Po, Dauphine), dans le cadre d’une année de césure ou d’un stage de fin d’étude.
- Vos bonnes compétences en finance d’entreprise sont complétées par une très bonne maîtrise d’Excel et de Powerpoint. Vous avez un solide bagage en mathématiques financières.
- Vous bénéficiez idéalement d’une première expérience réussie en M&A, transaction services ou en conseil.
- Vous parlez français couramment et êtes parfaitement à l’aise en anglais, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
