Overview:
**Shure **is looking for an
**experienced professional** to ensure access to spectrum in Europe and support Shure’s strategy and growth vision.

Reporting to the
**Global Head of Spectrum & Regulatory Affairs**, the Senior Manager will be well versed in the world of
**Spectrum, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence regulations**, and will be responsible for
**shaping relevant regulation and standards specifications** to support our growth

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for an experienced radio communications professional who will:
**Lead Shure’s Cybersecurity and AI public engagement** with regulatory and standardization bodies.

**Collaborate** with our product and global compliance teams to develop
**best in class** Cybersecurity and AI practices.

**Advise **internal teams on latest regulations, standards, and technologies to ensure compliance.

**Establish communication with regulatory** bodies in Europe, building meaningful relationships and representing Shure in public consultations.

**Influence** spectrum policy work with national frequency agencies like the UK Ofcom, France ANFR regional groups like the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), as well as in relevant industry groups, with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent work experience.

Excellent communication in written and spoken English

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant regulatory work and/or standards development.

Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
