Our goal is to contribute to zero emission mobility and allow EV drivers to charge at the right place with the right speed. Allego has built more than 40000 EV charging points across 16 European countries, and is recognized as one of the most successful European pioneers in EV charging infrastructure. The EV market is emerging and changing rapidly. So, our road is exciting, and we keep driving forward with confidence. In France, Allego operates a network of more than 120 high power charging locations, and is expanding rapidly.

**A bit more about your job**

Reporting to the Head of maintenance and operations within Allego France, and in collaboration with the Operations department at the headquarters in The Netherlands, your role will include:

- Organizing, supervising and optimizing the start-up process of our charging locations (contracting, roll out, maintenance, documentation, reporting)
- Support the organization of our case handling management in France, optimizing performances of service parties, engagement with our 3rd party customer care partner.
- Setting up and monitoring performance KPIs of the charging locations
- Support the head of operations in France in the daily monitoring of the services parties and the improvement process. You will replace him during his periods of leave.

In short, in this role you are in charge of:

- Local procedures re maintenance and operations
- The optimal run of the ticketing system towards our service parties and the customer care service.
- Following to the maintenance schedule and regulatory verification deadlines, in line with the contractual and legal requirements.
- Replacing your manager when he’s absent.

**This is you (at least we hope)**
- You have a diploma in electrical engineering or an equivalent
- You have experience in a role where you were responsible for maintenance of multiple locations.
- Agile and very flexible, you have the skills to work in a growing team and in an entrepreneurial environment.
- You are able to work in autonomy and with a great level of versatility.
- You work highly organized, with continuous improvement in mind.
- You master asset management tools, and also reporting tools like Power BI.
- You are fluent in French and English.
- You are located in France.
