**Job Description**:
**Reporting to the Head of Investor Relations, this position will c**ontribute to develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value especially in the context of separation_._
- Support to design and implement IR programs under the leadership of Head of Investor
- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties
- Manage equity research and investor relationships
- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business to internal stakeholders
- contribute to manage quarterly earnings and conference calls
- Help prepare the company’s Annual Report that will be needed especially after the listing
- Prepare material needed for publications
- Manage relationship with some investors including retail
**Qualifications**:
**3 to 5 years experience in a similar position**
- Good knowledge and understanding of the capital markets, as well as a thorough understanding of key metrics for companies in the industry
- Intimately familiar with financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors
- Being professional but also having an entrepreneurial spirit, and has a client-minded focus
- Being able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines
- English fluent, master in pack Office (ppt especially)
