You will primarily support the Real Asset team in the Paris office. You will play an essential role in keeping the team organised and operating effectively. You will be working with a group of dynamic and enthusiastic professionals, whose work is consistently recognised as industry-leading. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile events and functions, both internally and externally. This could range from conferences to team-building events. You will also provide on-site support to ensure all events run smoothly and help ensure Macquarie is represented to the highest standard.- What you offer
You will bring to the team at least 5 years of experience in a similar executive assistant role within an international organisation. Experience in the Finance industry will be highly regarded. You should be confident working with senior-level colleagues across different offices and have exceptional communication skills. You will also have:
- Excellent Solid skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required.
- Excellent time management skills and organisational skills will be essential for this role.
- You will have a positive, proactive attitude and enjoy solving problems and being a team player
