You will join the Mirova Operations team as a Fund Controller. The team is made up of around ten people who work with the investment teams of Mirova’s funds on a daily basis. Mirova funds invest in both companies and securities and real assets. The position of Fund Controller will be positioned for these real assets teams in the energy transition infrastructure, impact capital and natural capital sectors. Fund Controllers are preferred partners of the investment teams.

On a daily basis, your tasks are:

- Monitor a portfolio of funds in a accountable, financial and regulatory manner;
- Prepare the reports;
- Participate in the structuring of new funds;
- Monitor investment transactions to support the management teams;
- Maintain the relationship with the fund’s service providers (accountants, auditors, etc.) ;
- Monitor and manage the investor relationship in capital transactions

As a Fund Controller, you will be involved in cross-functional projects in connection with other Mirova departments (risk, compliance, finance, etc.) and the Natixis Wealth Management Group and to the deployment of new technologies specific to operations activities.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us

With a degree in audit, financial analysis or accounting, you have at least 5 years of experience in real asset fund audit functions within an operations team of a management company.

You are proficient in:

- The life cycle and regulation of French and Luxembourg alternative investment funds;
- General accounting, fund accounting and performance measures of these funds;
- The taxation of tax funds, their investors and the underlying holdings;
- IT tools for real asset management (eFront, etc.).

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:

- Autonomous, rigorous and methodical,
- Diplomatic and firm at the same time

You have a C1 level of English.
