Vos rôles et responsabilités comprendront:

- Une appétence pour toutes les classes d'actifs, notamment les stratégies de développement et changement d’usage
- Développer et mettre en place des business plans complexes (au niveau asset et corporate)
- Mener des analyses et présentations rigoureuses afin de présenter opportunités d'investissement à la direction et aux potentiels co-investisseurs
- Organiser le travail des parties prenantes internes et conseils externes dans le cadre de due diligences, parfois dans des timings extrêmement courts
- Participer à l'exécution de financements bancaires
- Participer à la structuration et au co-investissements des transactions
- Collaborer avec le reste de l'équipe pan-européennes à de potentiels investissements ou initiatives impliquant plusieurs juridictions
- Participation au mentorat des analystes et jeunes collaborateurs
- Mettre éventuellement à profit son réseau professionnel pour accroître les capacités de sourcing de l'équipe en matière d'opportunités d'investissements dans les marchés cibles (France, péninsule ibérique, Italie, Royaume-Uni et Allemagne) et stratégies cœur (core+/sale&lease-back, value-add/opportuniste) de Tikehau Capital Real Assets

Among Tikehau Investment Management, you will be part of the Real Assets department which manages a portfolio with assets of over EUR 4.2 billion across Western Europe. You will be based in Paris and will be working within a growing European team.

Roles and responsibilities will include:

- Strong execution role and ability to drive deal execution from A to Z, from underwriting to closing
- Appetite for all asset classes and in particular development / change of use strategies
- Developing and implementing structured (asset and corporate level) business plans
- Drive rigorous analysis and presentation of investment opportunities to management and potential co-investors
- Impulse, be owner and be able to lead and actually conclude transactions
- Organize the work of internal resources and external advisors in the context of due diligence, sometime in challenging timings
- Participate in the execution of external third-party financing
- Participate in the structuring and co-investment of transactions
- Work in partnership with the rest of the team on potential pan-European developments investments or initiatives
- Participation in mentoring of junior analysts
- Leverage his/her professional network to help increasing the team’s sourcing capabilities with investment opportunities in Tikehau Capital Real Assets core markets (France, Iberia, Italy, UK and Germany) and strategies (core+/sale&lease-back, value-add / opportunistic mandates)

En termes de compétences requises pour ce poste, nous soulignons les points suivants:

- Master d'une école d'ingénieurs, de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en finance d'entreprise ; une spécialisation complémentaire en Immobilier et urbanisme est appréciée,
- Au moins 6 ans d'expérience en immobilier : gestion d’actifs, investissements, fusions-acquisitions ou finance d’entreprise
- Solide connaissance du marché immobilier, des marchés financiers, de la finance d'entreprise, du droit immobilier et droit des sociétés
- Maîtrise du MS Office Pack et notamment MS Excel et MS Powerpoint,
- Bonne culture financière et compréhension des bases de l’investissement et de la gestion d’actifs
- La maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est impérative. Une troisième langue européenne sera un plus
- Capacités démontrées dans la modélisation, l’appréciation et l'exécution de transactions complexes
- Capable de travailler sur des asset et share deals ainsi que sur des investissements corporate avec sous-jacent immobilier
- Deal maker et approche de l'investissement basée sur la conviction
- Capacité à partager ses convictions et à interagir au niveau le plus senior d'une organisation
- Compétences analytiques impeccables, investisseur passionné, excellente éthique de travail, transparent et reconnu pour sa capacité à obtenir des résultats tout en maintenant un esprit d'équipe
