**En collaboration avec le Chef de la cuisine, gérer le service Petit-déjeuner, ainsi que les services tapas Bar soir.**
- Créer un buffet petit-déjeuner en fonction de vos inspirations, des saisons,
- Régalez les clients avec des recettes inédites et créatives,
- Gérez votre cuisine de main de maître en surveillant votre coût matière,
- Participez au développement de la carte Tapas du Bar et de la carte room-service,
- Elaborez des menus pour nos différents évènements et séminaires,
- Respect et suivit des normes d'hygiène HACCP,

Le poste peut-être occupé en CDD (minimum 6 mois) ou CDI en 35h ou 39h,

Une place de garage est mise à votre disposition,

La tenue complète de cuisine est fournie,

Jours de repos consécutifs,

Journée en continue (pas d'horaires en coupure),

**Prise de poste à 06h30 du matin fin de journée à 14h = Profitez de vos après-midi et soirées deux ou trois jours par semaine**

**Deux ou trois soirs par semaine vous cuisiner la carte Tapas Bar et les commandes pour le roomservice horaires 15h-22h profitez de vos matinées**

Percevez une part de pourboires égale aux autres membres de l'équipe restauration

Prise charge du transport TCL a 75%
