**General Position Summary**:
Follow up on international business-to-business (B2B) sales and help optimise Logistics.
**Principle Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Make sure that the IT feedback is correct daily and alert relevant parties if necessary (including back office, B2B, logistics, and shop sales teams)
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the logistics provider (including identifying and diagnosing discrepancies between forecast and actual replenishments, and alerting managers for analysis)
- Coordinate logistics with the service provider between retail (shops) and merchandising teams
- Organise delivery schedules for public holidays and inventory periods
- Manage and organise inventories
- Calculate and monitor markdown rates
- Track stock between Microsoft Dynamics 365 system and logistics warehouse management system
- Analyse shop stocks and monitor of differences
- Organise returns to suppliers
- International B2B sales order management, including quotation/order/bill of lading/invoice
- Follow-up on unpaid invoices
**Job Required Knowledge & Skills**:
- Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain
- Knowledge of the retail and B2B sector
- Knowledge of stock management
- Operational skills
- Very good command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including experience making PowerPoint presentations and performing simple and complex calculations in Excel

- Bac+2/3 in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Professional Experience
- At least one year’s experience in sales, supply chain, and/or inventory within the retail and/or logistics sector
