The Global Logistics and 3PL Manager is a key member of the Global Logistics team, reporting to the Global Distribution Director. In this role, you will in close collaboration with Quality, manage our 3PL partner for Global Distribution and be accountable for the performance. Support and /or lead projects with Warehousing and Inventory. In a matrix mode, support the Supply Chain coordinators’ community on distribution topics, and act as stand in for the Transport Manager when required.

**In this role your primary focus will be**:

- Manage and supervise the 3PL operations performance: monthly review, KPI reporting & analysis, trend and categorisation on the Quality claims, scorecard update, trouble shooting, improvement plans
- Build and get approval for the Warehousing budget for year+1
- Control and approve invoices for warehousing (including UK operations)
- Manage and fix SAP IDocs and inventory discrepancies across the 3PL/Ipsen interfaces
- Approve the different process changes & ensure standards stay robust and support efficiently, business requirements and patient needs.
- Attend & represent Global Distribution during transversal / global projects: clarify business requirements, explain constraints and limitations, propose solutions and options
- Follow up projects, deliver & be accountable for the logistics and distribution actions

**Additional duties**:

- Support and advice the Supply Chain Coordinator (SCC) network on warehousing & local 3PL management
- Standardise and supervise KPI management at local level
- Define and co-build Operating Framework for Ipsen secondary distribution (document standards, share good practices )

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have BAC +4/5 logistics or Supply Chain qualification, with CPIM I or CSCP certification. 3-5 years’ experience in distribution, warehousing, with strong demonstrated experience in 3PL management in the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG or luxury. Good knowledge of MS Office programs, advance level MS Excel. SAP expertise. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in French, native or advanced. English advanced required.
