Aline is looking for her future Junior Global Brand Manager to join the Nestlé Waters Premium Beverage team. As a Junior Global Brand Manager, you will contribute to the development of strategic projects for the PERRIER and MAISON PERRIER brands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to brand-building initiatives: Supporting innovation launches, sustainability projects, and brand experiences.
- Supporting campaign production: Collaborating with international brand managers on campaign production and post-production.
- Developing market-ready tools to ensure effective campaign execution and acting as the main point of contact for localization partners.
- Supporting visual identity development and packaging adaptation.
- Building and maintaining strategic models to track campaign performance and presenting results in monthly meetings.
- Managing the international brand team’s budget tracking.
- Being the key contact for the internal communications team and defining the internal communication plan.
**ABOUT YOU**:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or brand management.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders on key projects.
- Agility, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
- Strong project management skills.
- Autonomy, proactivity, and curiosity.
- Good understanding of premium/luxury brand codes and universe.
- Solid knowledge of beverage trends.

**VOTRE MISSION, SI VOUS L’ACCEPTEZ**:
Aline est à la recherche de son.sa futur.e Junior Global Brand Manager pour ses équipes Nestlé Waters Premium Beverage. En tant que Junior Global Brand Manager, vous participez au développement de projets stratégiques pour les marques PERRIER et MAISON PERRIER.
Vos responsabilités incluront:
- Contribuer aux initiatives de construction de marque : Participer aux lancements d'innovation aux projets de durabilité et aux expériences de marque.
- Support à la production de campagnes : Collaborer avec les chefs de produits internationaux pour la production et la post-production des campagnes.
- Élaborer des outils adaptés aux marchés pour assurer une exécution efficace des campagnes et agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les partenaires de localisation,
- Support au développement d’identité visuelle de marques, et d’adaptation de packaging.
- Construire et maintenir des modèles stratégiques pour suivre la performance des campagnes et présenter les résultats lors des réunions mensuelles.
- Être responsable du suivi du budget de l'équipe de marque internationale.
- Être le contact clé avec l'équipe de communication interne, et définir le plan de communication interne

- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en marketing ou gestion de marque.
- Capacité à collaborer avec divers intervenants sur des projets clés.
- Agilité, esprit entrepreneurial et orientation résultats.
- Compétences solides en gestion de projet.

- Bonne compréhension des codes et de l’univers Premium/luxe,
- Bonne connaissance des tendances des boissons.
