Your team’s focus areas will include: - Administrating and providing **core data models** to the different bsport teams (client, studio and locations, staff management, teachers, member data...) - Leading the implementation of our new **"API as a Service” offering** - Provide and maintain **core capabilities** to other bsport teams like **Authentication**, our **Permission system** or a way for **large franchise to administrate their studios**. - Manage our **Buyables offering** by managing our subscription and pass architecture and our retails solution. **What will be your impact**: - As a hands-on Engineering Manager, you will: - Build and lead a high-performing team of Software Engineers to manage the full-lifecycles of your products (backend, front-end, infrastructure...) - Architect robust systems to deliver a wide range of customizable offering for our members on our mobile apps and web interfaces - Collaborate closely with key bsport business units to implement new products and provide valuable feedback - Mentor team members, nurturing their professional growth and development **It would be great if**: - You have substantial experience in **any current Object-Oriented backend language** (familiarity with Python and Django is a plus) - You are professionally proficient in **English** - You take ownership and pride in building exceptional products - You’re detail-oriented, organized, and an effective communicator - You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and enjoy being challenged - Diversity is one of our most valuable assets, and we are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute their best work.
