**Responsibilities**:

- Execute all accounting processes and activities across the organization to ensure compliance with the Local GAAP, IFRS, internal policies and external audits
- Partner with FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to develop, and improve the systems, policies, and procedures necessary to drive efficiency
- Lead the team in day-to-day accounting, month-end close activities and consolidation process of our different entities.
- Lead the annual audit; coordinate with internal and external auditors to support their quarterly review and annual audit procedures
- Research and document response for technical accounting issues
- Develop and maintain the Company's accounting procedures
- Identify, design and implement process improvements
- Assist the tax scalable compliance and tax filing

**Requirements**:

- 8+ years of experience of combined Public Accounting and Private Industry
- Public accounting, Big Four experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge and ability to work with different GAAP (IFRS/US GAAP/Local GAAP)
- Ability to work collaboratively within the organization and with senior management
- Hands-on approach, able to learn quickly and implement processes
- Demonstrated ability to untangle complex issues and problem solve
- High degree of accuracy, consistency, and keen attention to detail
- Blockchain/crypto knowledge and experience is a plus
- Experience with Netsuite is a plus
