As Senior Program Director, you will take charge of leading our most critical and complex projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered with utmost excellence, adhering to schedule, budget and quality benchmarks. Your role will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and supporting key sales pursuits, making you an integral part of our business growth strategy. Skills and experiences
- Profound understanding of contract terms and interpretation, coupled with excellent customer expectations management skills.
- Proven experience employing key Project/Program Management disciplines, ensuring effective estimation, work planning, and scope management.
- Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and techniques, complemented by a working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies and In-depth expertise in Microsoft Project and Team Foundation Server (TFS), enabling precise project tracking and control.
- Good knowledge of Earned Value reporting, contributing to sound financial decision-making.
- Strong people management abilities, including team leadership and mentorship.
- While not required, having a Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PgM certification and a Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field will be advantageous. We value a blend of expertise and educational background to drive innovation and excellence in our projects.

What you'll do
- Lead the delivery of contracted solutions on the program level, ensuring adherence to deal economics, schedule, and quality standards.
- Effectively manage overall project/program risks, make critical adjustments as necessary and gain buy-in from senior management for key project plans.
- Oversee and drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project work plans.
- Ensure accurate development and traceability of project requirements throughout the project life-cycle.
- Provide strategic direction for all change management activities and supporting clients in their change enablement processes.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their goals, address any misalignments, and exceed expectations through effective program management.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing oversight to the management of relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
