Drives CCI & revenue to plan. Grows the portfolio, supporting new sales initiative within the client and driving up-sell. Key Role Responsibilities Delivery (70%) - Drives the successful delivery of one or more contracts - Manages Cost to Serve by driving Delivery Leads - Manages the portfolio on the account to achieve targeted contract revenue and delivered CCI by managing predictable, on-time and on-budget delivery - Oversees engagement resourcing and capability sourcing - Sponsor delivery and profitability improvement initiatives - Follows and advocates for quality processes - Escalates high-risk and problem jobs for intervention appropriately - Manages EAC risks down - Collaborates with QA Directors to implement Quality feedback as needed - Follows delivery management and governance guidelines for the account and portfolio - Proactively reports status and issues and seeks input to progress delivery or resolve issues where appropriate - Drives contracts to utilize the relevant suite of delivery tools & systems to enhance delivery rigor - Provides deliverability input to opportunity sales and solutioning teams where required - Optimizes the client experience of multi-location delivery by driving DLs to ensure seamless delivery from on-, off-, and nearshore locations Account Management (10%) - Represents Avanade to the client across the portfolio of delivery contracts - Originates, builds, and strengthens individual client relationships - Advocates Avanade’s suite of services in alignment with client needs - Develops a close working relationship with and understands the thinking of the client’s technology leadership, business & industry dynamics, & overall strategy - Works with the ACAL as their primary point of contact for matters concerning delivery Sales Management (15%) - Works with the ACAL on sales strategy and planning related to growing current delivery - Takes responsibility for orchestrating delivery resources to achieve the account sales and revenue plan - Drives the origination sales opportunities related to the current delivery in support of the wider sales and revenue plan; and plays a leadership role in driving the subsequent pursuits Ecosystem & Innovation Management (5%) - Brings the best of Avanade and our partners’ offerings to our clients - leverages our Engineering, and GSA, ATC, Advisory, and Talent Communities skills and capabilities judiciously. - Pursues innovation via the pursuit of and support for day-to-day improvements; and bringing our broader innovation capabilities to bear at the account where appropriate - Push for MS ecosystem within the client and communicates automation, innovation and value being delivered Accountabilities & Metrics Client Experience (delivery) **Account growth**: Account delivered CCI vs. Sold CCI, Account Revenue vs. Plan, Cross/up sell & renewal sales **Delivery Excellence**: account EAC avoidance, productivity improvement, automation adoption The + of Avanade We offer our employees a process of mentoring and career development follow-up.
