**_Scientific Affairs Manager - Europe_**

We are looking for a **_Scientific Affairs Manager - Europe_** to join our team and provide top-level support while thriving in a multifunctional and multicultural teams environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Manage the publication strategy for CP Skin Health (Filorga, EltaMD and PCA SKIN) in Europe with 3 professional audiences in mind: medical aesthetics (plastic surgeons) and dermatologists, and pharmacists
- Create publication grids for this strategic region
- Publications include trade show/conferences submissions and peer reviewed journal publications
- Identifying any data gaps in the grid - work with multiple teams to try to fill those gaps
- Work with individual authors to provide information and guide abstracts, final talk/poster submissions or peer reviewed publications. Ensure these submissions go through review and they are aligned with brand strategy
- Advise and recommend appropriate conference participation for exhibiting and unpaid/paid scientific opportunities.
- Collaborate with commercial teams for these submissions and participations
- Transform publication content into branded content for local markets
- Identify opportunities for scientific publication in the pharmaceutical space
- Lead distribution webinars for PCA SKIN, EltaMD and Filorga around published materials
- Manage our lead KOLs and scientific committee
- Arrange, facilitate and run 3 scientific committee meetings and forward actions meetings annually. Capture all notes and arrange the alignment of forward action discussions with R&D and the brand.
- Identifying additional opportunities for the brands: Societies for collaboration, Grant/Fellowship engagement, university relationships
- Professional outreach activities

**What We’re Looking for**:

- PhD or PharmD
- At least 3 years experience in a scientific affairs role preferably in skin health
- Willingness to be located in Paris, France
- Cross functional collaboration with other departments to determine long term solutions: marketing, sales, legal, regulatory
- Demonstrated hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully build strategic plans and support their execution to ensure a high level of performance
- High comfort level with operating in various cultural environments
- High level of attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside of the box
- Strong business acumen
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast paced environment with strong multi-tasking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence others for maximum effectiveness
- Proven ability to successfully work as a team member and to build and maintain a positive work environment
